The educational and interactive components of this program will ultimately produce an experience that will benefit you far beyond these 12 months.

This comprehensive program will challenge you to grow in your love and service for God and His people in ways you never have before.

Our leaders

Young adults 18-30 with availability to meet on Tuesday from 230pm-5pm and Wednesday from 830am-4pm. As well as serve on your ministry specific team. This will set you up for not only success working in ministry if you choose but also skills that can be taken into any workplace.

Programatics

To equip and empower Christ-centered leaders who are rooted in Scripture, guided by the Holy Spirit, and prepared to serve with integrity and excellence.

Framework

Biblical Foundations: Old Testament, New Testament and Basic Doctrine College-Level Courses completed through Portland Bible College online.

Spiritual Foundations: Weekly prayer, bible reading, spiritual disciplines practices, and more completed through weekly Spiritual Disciplines class and Sermon Prep with Pastor Jeff.

Leadership Development: Learn from pastors and leaders within the church on topics such as Developing People, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Mentoring and more completed through weekly Leadership Class and biweekly Mentor Meetings.

Practical Ministry: Hands-on work within your specific ministry, attend weekly All Staff Meetings, conferences/gatherings staff attends, and more.

Amber McMaster serves as the Director of the Leadership School, where she is passionate about developing young leaders through spiritual formation, practical ministry training, and leadership development. With a heart for building healthy church culture and raising up the next generation, Amber helps students grow in their calling, character, and confidence. She is dedicated to creating environments where people can discover their purpose, deepen their faith, and make a lasting impact in their church and community.

Amber has been on staff in various roles including overseeing the Kid’s Ministry for the past 6 years and has her Bachelors in Nonprofit Leadership & Management and Masters in Theological Studies. Additional questions? Click the link below!

Jeff Moors

Lead Pastor and co-founder of Rhythm Church, a thriving church he planted with his wife, Eryn, in 2020. A passionate communicator and leader for over 25 years, Jeff is known for his ability to teach biblical truth with clarity, authenticity, and practical application. Beyond leading Rhythm Church, he coaches pastors and develops leaders across the country, helping people discover their God-given purpose and grow in their faith.

Chris Peck is the Executive Pastor of Rhythm Church, where he helps lead strategic initiatives and organizational growth for a rapidly growing church. With a background spanning global surf missions and over 15 years in the surf industry overseeing marketing, sales, and professional athlete management, Chris brings a unique blend of ministry and business leadership experience. He is passionate about helping organizations intentionally define, protect, and reproduce their culture.
